Atlanta Land Trust is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to deliver and steward permanently affordable housing to support inclusive, equitable communities near the Atlanta BeltLine and other targeted areas in the city of Atlanta.  ALT operates as a community land trust, which acquires and stewards land for community benefit.

The principals of Intown Builders, LLC have built and/or renovated several hundred homes over their combined 50 years in the real estate industry. Intown Builders provides exceptional craftsmanship and value for those buyers who seek to live, work, play, and do business in Atlanta’s urban neighborhoods.

As a full service design architecture studio, XMETRICAL uses a combination of client interaction and complex 3D modeling to produce solutions that are fluid, dynamic and reflective of the individuals that will eventually occupy them.  Every client and site is different and therefore every design is custom; although ultimately, a common thread will manifest itself as we consistently refine and develop a design language which makes us unique.

Ypiretis is based on a philosophy of asset management in which real estate projects are designed and managed in a manner which serves their respective communities.
